Intake of the Ayurvedic herbal compound Trikatu with the combination of Black pepper, long pepper, and ginger. It will be beneficial for the body. As it will boost up the Agni (Digestive Fire).
During Allergies, eat warm, natural, and cooked foods that can be easily digestible. Using a little bit of ghee or olive oil in the vegetable to cook food will be beneficial for our mucus membrane.

Congestion, coughing, heaviness, dullness, weak appetite, stickiness of the eyes. Kapha symptoms people can avoid dairy products, white flour or any frozen related foods during the allergy.
Hives, rashes, itchines, redness in eyes, irritation and sneezing. Pitta symptoms people can avoid spicy foods and heating foods like ginger, onion, red chilies, bell pepper, chinese foods, etc during the allergy time.
Headache, dry skin,constipation, gas and wheezing breath. Vata symptoms people should avoid iced food, cold or aerated food during the allergy time.
Gargling with lukewarm water mixed with honey is very much beneficial. It reduces the dryness of the mouth and thus leads to less bacterial germination in the mouth which in turn reduces the risk of allergy in the mouth and intestine.
